John Ledbetter, M.D.

Dr. Ledbetter received his medical degree from Southwestern Medical School in Dallas, Texas. He did a residency in anesthesiology at the University of Texas Health Center in San Antonio, as well as fellowships in pediatric anesthesia and pain management at UTHSC-SA.

Dr. Ledbetter was the founding member of the St. Francis Pain Management Center (now Louisiana Pain Care). He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Anesthesiology in Anesthesiology and in Pain Management, and a Diplomate of the American Board of Pain Medicine. He currently holds memberships in the American Pain Society, Southern Pain Society, Louisiana Pain Society (where he is a past member of the Board of Directors), American Academy of Pain Medicine, Ouachita Parish Medical Society, Louisiana State Medical Society, American Society of Anesthesiologists, Louisiana Society of Anesthesiologists, American Society of Regional Anesthesia, International Spinal Intervention Society, Society of Pain Practice Management, and the American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians.

Vincent Forte, M.D.

Dr. Forte received his medical degree from Louisiana State University at New Orleans. He did a residency in anesthesiology at University of Alabama Hospitals in Birmingham and a fellowship in pain management at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio. Dr. Forte has received board certification from the American Board of Anesthesiology as well as the American Board of Pain Medicine.

Dr. Forte currently holds membership in the American Society of Anesthesiologists, American Society of Pain Medicine, Louisiana State Society of Anesthesiologists, Ouachita Parish Medical Society (where he is a past President), American Society of Interventional Pain Specialist, Louisiana Society of Interventional Pain Specialists, Interventional Spinal Injection Society.

Pat Pennington, FNP

Pat Pennington joined the practice in 2003. She has experience in both family practice and academia. She is a graduate of Southern University A & M (MSN), and University of Louisiana at Monroe (BSN. She was formerly a faculty member of the College of Nursing At ULM where she held an endowed professorship. Pat is board certified with the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and ANCC. She is a member of the American Nurses Association, the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, the Louisiana Nurse Practitioners Association and Sigma Theta Tau Honor Society.

Andy Austin, FNP

Andy Austin is a graduate from Grambling State University (MSN) in Family Nurse Practitioner. Undergraduate degrees are from University of Louisiana at Monroe (BSN) and Louisiana Tech University (AD). Areas of clinical experience: Pain Management, Orthopedics, Neurology and Emergency/Critical Care. He is a member of Louisiana Association of Nurse Practitioners, Emergency Nurses Association and American Academy of Pain Management.

Judy Rogers, FNP

Judy received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Northeast Louisiana University (now ULM) in May, 1982, and completed the Master of Science in Nursing degree and Family Nurse Practitioner Program at the University of Mississippi Medical Center (Ole Miss) in August, 1994. Judy is certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurses Credential Center, the credentialing arm of the American Nurses Association and is licensed to practice by the Louisiana State Board of Nursing. Judy is a member of the Louisiana State Nurses Association, the American Nurses Association, the Louisiana Nurse Practitioner Association, the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing.

Donna Courson, FNP

Donna Courson is a graduate from Mississippi University for Women (MSN) in the Family Nurse Practice Program. Undergraduate degree is from The University of Louisiana at Monroe (BSN). Areas of clinical experience include: Emergency/Critical Care, Med/Surg Nursing, Renal, Endoscopy, and Home Health. She is a member of the American Nurses Association, the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, the Louisiana Nurse Practitioners Association and Sigma Theta Tau Honor Society.

Tom Byrd, PT

Tom Byrd received his Bachelors degree in physical therapy at Louisiana State University Medical Center, School of Allied Health Professions in Shreveport, Louisiana. He has been practicing physical therapy for 14 years. His post graduate training includes extensive training in manual therapy from Michigan State University, School of Osteopathic Medicine. Tom served on the advisory committee for the Louisiana State Board of Physical Therapy Examiners. Tom specializes in the treatment of neck and back pain with an emphasis on an individualized, hands on, manual therapy approach. He also has experience working with local industries on work safety programs.
